Today I was in town with my mum and Dolly shopping ( boring) . We were on the bus home and it broke down, apparently the steering broke! When the driver said the bus broke down everybody started laughing.
Then we had to get a new bus home. It took the new bus about 2 minutes to get there. When we were waiting for the new bus Mum and Dolly played I-spy.
In town today I got two books by Chris Ryan in Waterstones and a packet of matchattax football cards.
Hello Michael - Thank you for popping by my page and 'yes' I love watching The Red Arrows too they are brilliant. I have started to follow you so that I know when you have posted a new entry. Happy New Year, judyx
ReplyDeleteThat was great fun, all that shopping ;-) I know you really loved it - especially the hot chocolate in Starbucks!
ReplyDeleteMichael you haven't blogged since the 29th and its the 2nd January!!
ReplyDeleteHi Michael - what Chris Ryan books did you get? I love a good book...maybe you should start a junior version of the book and pud club!
ReplyDeleteOne was called Vortex and one was called Hostage. I won't start a book and pud club because I am already in one (but not the pudding part although that would be nice because it would be very yummy!) My book club is in Newtownbreda Library for ages 9-11 year olds. At the minute we are reading the Diamond of Drury Lane. The last book we read was Snow Spider and we told to rate it and I marked it as zero out of five. I didn't like it.
ReplyDeleteIt must have been really rubbish then! I look forward to hearing what you think of the two new ones then. (Maybe you could persuade your mum to bring you share of our puds from book nights?!)
